The Arsenal & Co. Distillery opens the doors to its facilities

Since the inauguration of its emblematic restaurant last fall, the Arsenal & CO Distillery has become synonymous with sumptuous decor, electric ambiance and culinary innovation. Today, the organization is proud to announce the long-awaited opening of its distillery where remarkable spirits and liqueurs are produced.

Built in the heart of the establishment, the facilities of the Arsenal & CO Distillery enrich the immersive experience offered to visitors with a new dimension. From captivating guided tours and interactive mixology workshops, guests will now have the opportunity to delve into the history of the building in addition to discovering the secrets of the artisanal spirits manufacturing process. At the end of the journey, the customer will be able to explore the store and purchase the entire range of products from the place including varieties of alcoholic spirits, food items in addition to promotional merchandise.

This new destination in the heart of the Saint-Sauveur district is already positioning itself as an unmissable attraction. Just in time for the start of the summer season, the Arsenal & CO Distillery is now ready to welcome citizens of Quebec and everywhere. A visit to this former munitions factory will reveal a little-known facet of the history of Quebec City.

The Arsenal & CO Distillery is proud to present a diverse range of quality alcohols, from exotic rum to refined gin, vodka and several liqueurs. A flavorful whiskey is also in development. Each bottle produced embodies the company's commitment to excellence and authenticity, reflecting the craftsmanship that defines the brand.

The projects of the Arsenal & CO Distillery do not end with the opening of the distillery: a completely unique terrace located on the roof of the building will soon see the light of day. Rain or shine, it will offer customers a unique view of Quebec City.

“The opening of our distillery marks an exciting new step in our journey,” says François Nolin, co-owner of Arsenal & CO Distillery. “We look forward to welcoming people from Quebec and beyond to this unique space where history mixes with innovation. »

“We are delighted to finally be able to open the doors of the distillery to everyone,” said Carl Desruisseaux, co-owner. “We believe the complete Distillery experience will be unforgettable for our customers, whether local or visiting. »
