The team, the great strength of Chrono Aviation

If Chrono Aviation has come so far over the past 10 years that it has become a reference in Quebec and in Canada for charter air transport, it is largely thanks to the collaboration and dedication of its employees and partners. In their own way, each contributed to the growth of the company.

Since its inception, Chrono Aviation has been a tight-knit team that can count on caring colleagues. Think of Mélanie Taillon, specialist, customer experience, who has been part of the team since the early years. It is an essential pillar of the company which ensures its cohesion, as much with the customers as with the employees and partners.

There are also key resources who have joined the ranks over time, people who have become important cogs in the development of a sense of belonging within the team. Wellbeing Manager Jonathan Arnau knows something about this:

As well-being manager, I have put in place effective welcome protocols to welcome new employees and help them integrate into the company.

My main goal was to create an inclusive work environment that respects diversity, where all employees feel valued and appreciated. I have therefore implemented measures to improve working conditions and promote the well-being of all employees. In particular, I supported the integration of appropriate training courses.

As an immigrant, I was very well received by the company and I quickly found my place within the team. The team spirit was very present and I felt that everyone was willing to help me integrate and succeed in my new position.

The company has implemented initiatives to promote the inclusion of immigrants and I appreciated the support I received to adapt to my new work environment.

In my role as Integration and Well-Being Manager, I work closely with the company's teams to promote team spirit and synergy within the company.

My main objective was to promote the well-being of employees at work. I implemented initiatives to improve working conditions and create a pleasant and friendly environment for all employees.

DEVELOP TEAM SPIRIT, A NECESSITY

The leaders of Chrono Aviation have known for years that they must take care of the members of their team, their wealth on which rests a large part of their success, in order to take their company to greater heights. Daven, human resources consultant, explains this phenomenon well:

Teamwork is crucial in the field of aeronautics, where the stakes are often high and deadlines tight. Effective teamwork builds synergy that can benefit everyone on the team, helping to solve problems more efficiently and make more informed decisions.

Social events are also important for building team spirit and creating a pleasant and cohesive working atmosphere. They also help to promote communication and get to know each other better outside the professional context.

The inclusion of women and immigrants in the aeronautical trades is becoming increasingly necessary in order to promote diversity and equity. This can help bring in new perspectives and ideas, as well as improve industry representativeness. In addition, including women in the aeronautical professions can ensure that all members of society are represented and that all have the opportunity to achieve their career aspirations. By working together and encouraging diversity, we can achieve better results and build a strong and prosperous industry.

So when the time comes to thank them, as in 2018, with a surprise Christmas party in Cuba to inaugurate the first 737s acquired by Chrono Aviation, they don't skimp on the means!

Behind the thousands of kilometers traveled each year by Chrono Aviation aircraft, hides a dedicated team, united and above all, always ready to fly to new horizons!
